Daily Highlight Video
Broadcast quality feed of the daily highlight video will be distributed each day at 1:00 - 1:15 pm via Bell POP1 in Vancouver. HD transmission is available on circuit 6 and SD transmission is available on circuit 5.
Downloadable footage, videos and a variety of Whistler images - register for access at www.whistler.com/imagebank. Go to 'register now' link, complete the online registration form and shortly afterwards you'll recieve an email confirming you can access the site. Once logged in, go to 'media' folder, followed by 'Games-time videos' folder.
Daily video clips will also be posted to laptops available in the lower level workspace at Whistler Media House - for quick transfer to your own external drive or memory stick. Memory sticks loaded with daily content can also be picked up from the editorial support desk at WMH reception.
Live Feeds from Whistler Beauty Cams
Whistler Media House is offering broadcast-quality beauty camera feeds from four locations in and around Whistler for the duration of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. The feeds, which are available in HD and SD, will be transmitted from Whistler to Vancouver. They will be available on request via Bell POP1 in Vancouver for further transmission to any facility with a broadcast video connection.
