Workspace
Whistler Media House consists of three floors housing a number of work areas for media, ranging from open-plan shared space and an Internet lounge, to bookable work stations and some office space (limited availability). All WMH workspaces are equipped with electrical outlets, as well as telephone and Internet connections.
The shared space will offer approximately 50 work stations with walk-in availability and complimentary Internet access (both wired and wireless).
Bookable dedicated work stations also provide access to premium broadband service at reasonable rates (see rate card information). Approximately 24 work stations will be available for booking on an hourly and daily basis; multi-day bookings are also optional.
Bookable office space is limited. Offices vary in size from 25 to 75 sq. feet (3 to 9 sq. metres) and include a key for door lock.
Interview rooms are also available by reservation.
Other work space services include:
- Internet lounge
- Walk-in availability for designated shared work stations in the WMH press theatre
- Audio/ radio and webcast studio (bookable via rate card)
